Collaboration with Jester King, it’s the "sister" of Le Petit Prince; brewed at Thiriez, same recipe, different malt and hop suppliers, and different yeast.
The beer is orange-gold in color, and hazy, with intense sticky lace all over the damned place. The bouquet is simply wonderful; expect vibrant notes of citrus.
The hibiscus gives the beer a lovely peach color and light fruit flavor. Hopped with Golding and Strisselspalt and fermented with the Thiriez house yeast.
A spiced winter amber brewed with three different peppers: black Malabar pepper from India, Phu Quoc pepper from Vietnam, and Forest pepper from Congo.
