To break from tradition this beer uses Simcoe and Citra in the boil and dryhop. A smooth drinking big beer with big flavors of orange, pineapple and pear.
Pouring deep amber, ours is mellow in color but rich with flavor. Look for plum, dried cherry and fig esters with mild phenolic spice notes and a dry finish.
Pours a reddish orange with a sharp, acidic aroma mingled with a light blackberry presence. The flavor is puckeringly sour with those same blackberry notes.
A black Saison brewed w/ black peppercorns & dried black currants combine w/ intense dark malt presence to give layers of flavor lingering beyond the last sip.
Pour pale yellow with a white head. The aroma has lemon, pale malt with a medium / full body with soft carbonation. Fermented with Brettanomyces and plums.
Blended from two unreleased sour tanks and Esquisse Blend No. 2 includes Austere.. Nose of fresh berry nice with just a bit of tartness. Sourness is pleasant, not puckery.
Hazed golden orange pour with a medium white head. Head turns to a rim around the glass and fairly decent lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, peach, dust, and cobwebs. Flavor is fruity.
