About the brewery
We are a local New York brewery founded based on a passion to innovate. Since inception our mission has been to create artisanal small-batch brews that offer flavorful beers that are of the highest quality and consistency.
Our brand name KŪKA, is inspired by the Andes mountains and in a native Andean language means “food for workers and travelers,” or gifts provided by gods. It also references the Incan Goddess of Joy & Happiness – KŪKA Mama.
