Hazy New England IPA, complete with a full, smooth mouthfeel and delicious hop flavor (but not so bitter that it doesn’t get invited to family events).
We created this “Cold IPA” which uses a lager yeast to ferment at cooler temperatures, which allows the Galaxy, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops to shine as brightly as a polished block of ice.
Its coppery color captures the shift in seasons as you fall into this malty brew, and the Autumnal weather is the perfect accompaniment to this amber lagerbier.
