About the brewery
Founded in 1994, Cascade Lakes Brewing Company began as a small scale brewing facility in an airport industrial zone in Redmond, OR. Seventeen years and a whole lot of great beers later, operations have expanded to include five restaurants in Central Oregon to satisfy the area’s thirst for tasty craft beers. They include Seventh Street Brew House, Red Dog Depot, Tumalo Tavern, Cascade West Grub and Alehouse, and our flagship restaurant in Bend, OR, Cascade Lakes Lodge. Cascade Lakes uses a brand new 25 bbl (775 gallon) JV Northwest brewing system for all of its hand crafted ales.
