We tested nine different yeast strains, some multiple times, in order to find our ideal complement to the featured mosaic & citra hop varietals we covet. The result is a beer that exhibits the qualities we look for in our favorite beers.
It is a copper colored, fruity, clean and crisp tasting, lighter-bodied beer. Its name comes from it being top-fermented, an older method than the bottom fermentation of lager beers.
Rich, fruity dubbel brewed with pale malt, Belgian Candi syrup, Hallertau-Mittelfruh hops, & Trappist-origin yeast. Aromas of dark dried fruits & spicy esters with lively bubbles & a dry finish.
This Trappist-Inspired Single ale is brewed from a succinct recipe of Pils malt, Grungeist hops, and Trappist-origin yeast, and displays an expressive blend of fruity & herbaceous aromatics, crisp malt character and a dry, estery finish.

Ingredients: Nelson Sauvin & Chinook hops, pale malt, flaked oats, house ale yeast
