About the brewery

Karl was very active in the brewing community throughout his life. He was president of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (1961-1963) and founder and director of the Museum of Beer and Brewing in Milwaukee. San Diego’s oldest operating brewery, sharing craft beer with America’s finest since 1989.
