Unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner was brewed with all German malts and hops. This Pilsner is slightly bitter but perfectly balanced by a generous kettle addition of hops.
The wonderful sumac berry (tart, lemony, a bit salty) complements with a slight salinity the joyful tropicality of Mosaic hops, the rich deep golden yet dulcet base support, and that extra melifluousness from the Belgian yeast.
Brewed with Ekuanot and Amarillo hops. Big pineapple and grapefruit aromas with a touch of lemon. Just enough resinous pine flavor to balance the citrus and a slightly bitter finish. It’s quacktastic!
Seriously alluring mysteriously seductive as filtered light on a forest floor sage, turneric, lemon grass, wormwood and mugwort populate the world of this delicate and yet powerful flexen brew.
A Double IPA with an intense blast of pine, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Dangerously drinkable! Brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe pellets and Cryo.
