A special Cask Conditioned beer made in Kennesaw, base beer is a Berliner Weisse with Mango added to create a more complex flavor profile. A traditional kettle soured ale that gets placed in a “Firkin” and additional yeast so that it finishes fermenting right in the keg…..MacCracken’s then pours this with a traditional English “Beer Engine”.
