Beer Description
Replicale is an annual brew that Bent River and over fifty other Illinois brewers compete with as a sort of brew-off, i.e. “the best batch wins”. This year’s Replicale is an Apricot Rye Saison. The Rye adds a touch of spice to the beer, while the apricots enhance the fruity esters produced by our Saison yeast strain. Apricots also add a subtle tartness to the finish, and you’ll detect notes of clove as well.
