Beer Description
Made with a simple grain bill of 75% Pilsner malt and 25% Flaked Rice, The Mullet is filtered and very light in color. Hop character and bitterness is very low and is almost negligible. The Mullet is a lager, but it was fermented at a warmer temperature, so the aroma is mildly fruity. Subtle notes of rice are also apparent in the nose. On the palate, the rice is present as well as are more fruity esters.
