Beer Description
The Mullet is a lager, but it was fermented at a warmer temperature, so the aroma is mildly fruity. Subtle notes of rice are also apparent in the nose. On the palate, the rice is present as well as are more fruity esters. Even though this is a light-medium bodied beer, there is a bit of rock candy-like sweetness – but this is not a sweet beer. Because of the higher alcohol content, a warming sensation is present in the late finish.
