A winter’s gose; bright, tangy & tantalizing with juicy citrus notes and a dusting of spice; brewed with 60% wheat (50% malted & 10% unmalted), lightly hopped with jarrylo, seasoned with coriander, spiked with sea salt, soured for 5 days with our house strain of Lactobacillus & finished with 100 pounds of fresh kumquats.
