A rich, full-bodied Bavarian Doppelbock brewed by the monks of Ettal Abbey. Deep mahogany brown with a creamy tan head, offering layers of toasted malt, dark caramel, dried fruit, and chocolate. Smooth, warming, and wonderfully complex, with a lingering malty finish. A magnificent 9% ABV German strong lager.
