Beer Description
IBU’s: 11, A product of another collaboration, this time with our friends at Mittenbrew (www.mittenbrew.com). The inspiration for this recipe comes from the flavor profile of oatmeal raisin cookies. Dark caramel malts add the similar flavor of dried fruit, like raisins. Brown sugar, a touch of cinnamon and a heap of rolled oats are the ingredients of focus for this sweet n’ creamy amber ale.
