Beer Description
This is The Party IPA. It is fun. We add spicy, Spanish cedar planks we milled ourselves to a punchy, northwest hop driven IPA that is perfect for the winter. The cedar adds both textural qualities from the tannins and cigar box spiciness.
This is The Party IPA. It is fun. We add spicy, Spanish cedar planks we milled ourselves to a punchy, northwest hop driven IPA that is perfect for the winter. The cedar adds both textural qualities from the tannins and cigar box spiciness. The mix of piney Cascade hops and new world Mosaic hops gives woodsy and citrus notes. We bulked up the malt character with The Party to give the beer a touch more roundness on the palate. We hope you enjoy!
