Beer Description
This flavorful IPA borrows much of its malt bill from the Homestead IPA. It departs from that beer in itβs uniquely American hop presence. Hopped with massive amounts of Centennial hops in flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions, Lovejoy IPA is a medium bodied, dark straw hop monster. The citrus character of Centennial hops can be best described as tropical fruit (a la Juicy Fruit). The fruity qualities marry with the clean maltiness and hint of sweetness provided by ethanol in this hefty IPA.
