Beer Description
Pours a hazy unfiltered cider brown into a thin-stemmed tulip. The nose is sour, funky, some apple of course, and a hint of the “perm smell” that mars Etienne Dupont in my opinion. The flavor is pretty dry and a bit more sour than expected upon first taste. It’s very wild, somewhat savory, certainly interesting.
