We took our Farmhouse Vultures Saison recipe and fermented it in Journeyman Distillery Featherbone Gin Barrels. This is a blend of 4 barrel runs using 2 different Saison yeast strains. One is a custom hybrid saison blend from our friends at Omega Yeast Labs in Chicago.
