Beer Description
A newer style in the brewing community, an IPL is a crossover style between a Lager and an India Pale Ale (IPA). Brewed with pilsen grain and lager yeast, it has the malt characteristics of a Lager, but intensely hopped like an IPA. The intense hope comes through in the nose and after the first sip. It is no wonder why we called it Hop Bite. This IPL was aged on apricots adding subtle apricot aroma in the nose and flavor finish of the beer.
