Bissinger’s developed a proprietary toffee blend with hints of caramelized sugar and vanilla for this beer.
We’ve used a variety of malts to create the perfect balance between soft chocolate, caramel and roasted notes that highlights the featured toffee flavor. In collaboration with Bissinger’s we used a beer friendly toffee that they designed that bring hints of caramel and vanilla. The malt bill was designed to support the toffee and add a soft chocolate notes to compliment. Smooth as silk, this stout is perfect for the winter season.
