Big Chicken this year will be hazy and it’s juicy. It’s Mosaic,Simcoe, Amarillo, Pacific jade, Polaris, Citra dust, and Ekuanot dust. Because Shane is a maniac!
Big Chicken yall! It is the time of year when we start working on our annual epic monument to beer freshness! For those who are unfamiliar, Big Chicken is our one day only DIPA and study in hop excess! We keg and deliver Big Chicken the same day and get the entire batch tapped the same day! Beyond being massively delicious, this is our way of saying thank you to the folks who help us keep our beer the freshest the other 364 days!
