Beer Description
Emmett’s 15th Anniversary Ale has a fruity dried apricot aroma, with grapefruit-like hop flavor, and a smooth, malty back-bone to support the massive amount of hops. This medium-bodied ale finishes crisp, with a unique yeast character reminiscent of peaches. We made this beer from malt, hops, and yeast from the Midwest region.
