Mango, tangerine, blood orange, and banana all crash the party, spinning around in a fruity frenzy that somehow, miraculously, comes together.
It’s sweet and sour. Wild yet balanced. Completely unhinged but weirdly coherent.
Sour Ale with Mango, Tangerine, Blood Orange and Pineapple
Brewers, like beer lovers, aren’t exactly known for making quick, rational decisions. Their brains are basically a crowded taproom of ideas, noise, and questionable inspiration. So, to prevent our brewer’s head from fully detonating, we created a rotating fruited sour series. Whatever he dreams up… we just make. He’s a total Basket Case, and honestly, we’ve learned not to fight it.
This round, we unleashed huge amounts of real fruit purée into the chaos, letting our special souring yeast run wild like it just broke out of fermentation jail. Mango, tangerine, blood orange, and banana all crash the party, spinning around in a fruity frenzy that somehow, miraculously, comes together.
