Beer Description
Fifteen years old and still chasing the juicest hops in the room. To celebrate, we went big—really big—with a Double IPA that pulls out all the stops. We loaded it up with Dolcita, the new kid everyone’s talking about, bringing waves of peach, tropical fruit, and citrus-candy vibes, then balanced it with smooth, zesty Motueka. A thiolized kveik yeast cranks the juiciness and aroma to eleven. Fifteen years in and we’re still experimenting, still innovating, and still having a blast. Cheers to 15 years of beers crafted on the Cape!
