Twin Elephant + Carton Yoinks

This one is a bit of a throw back as it should be to celebrate the amazing achievement of our good friends @cartonbrewing turning 15. They were a huge inspiration for us when we were cutting our teeth as backyard brewers. Much respect to them for taking the state by storm and helping reestablish NJ as a place ready to receive, support, and thrive in craft beer. Their footsteps are ones we proudly walk in.

This beer is our nod to that energy: loud, playful, saturated, and built with the kind of hop bill that makes a DIPA feel both nostalgic and current. Citra brings the big orange-mango center, Simcoe adds berry, pine, and tropical edge, and a little Krush HyperBoost gives the whole thing a bright candy-fruit glow with a subtle peach-candy, guava, tropical punch lift. It’s a beer about remembering where you came from and tipping the cap to the breweries that lit the path.
