Beer Description
Saison with Sugar Creek pilsner malt and spelt malt, some Cashmere hops, and an addition of sumac “berries” in the kettle. The sumac (No relation to poison sumac!!!) provides a little tartness and citrus notes to the flavor of this clean, fresh saison.
