Beer Description
In Colonial America, hard cider was the predominant beverage. Large quantities of apples were selected and grown for qualities that made good cider. Using a blend of heirloom American apples, we have crafted a rich, sophisticated and balanced cider that will take you back in time.
Made from fresh pressed apples picked from Lewis Creek Orchard in Henderson County, NC.
