Beer Description
Sixes is the beloved West Coast IPA flagship from our friends Brujos Brewing. They generously shared their recipe and invited us to brew our take on it to help celebrate El DÃa de Los Seises (SIXES DAY).
There’s a lot jammed into this one. We laid a hearty foundation of Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and Nectaron which was then layered with Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic Dynaboost for even more saturation. The result is a clean and crisp West Coast IPA full of citrus, mango, and stone fruit, finishing dry and dangerously crushable at a fitting 6.66% ABV.
