Beer Description
We started with a traditional Berliner Weiss recipe and subbed in darker roasted wheat malts for a deep dark color and notes of caramel and chocolate. Then we added a medley of dark fruits. Sweet cherry, blueberry, and tart blackberry. The result is an exceedingly drinkable sour ale that tastes like chocolate covered berries.
