Twin Elephant + Esker Hart + Messorem + Autodidact War

WAR is one of four beers in a collaborative series inspired by the riders of the apocalypse. Alongside , @messorembracitorium, @autodidactbeer and @eskerhart. Each brewery worked from the same base: shared grist, shared yeast, and the same pool of hops. From there, each brewery took that foundation and pushed it in their own direction, building their own “big bad” version dialing different hop expressions, intensity, and balance to create something unique.

Our version is a full send DIPA built on saturation. Anchovy leads the charge with a huge tropical base, backed by Citra for structure and @eggershops Nelson for lift and complexity. Finished with a Kohia Nelson kief addition to push the aromatics into overdrive. Big, expressive, and layered, but still soft, drinkable, and dialed.
