Beer Description
Appearance: Pale gold with lively carbonation and a tall, fluffy white head. Aroma: Crusty sourdough/bready malt, hay, a hint of honey, and herbal tea-like hop tones. Palate: Bright, firm bitterness with clean pale malt depth; herbal and lightly lemony hop impression; finishes notably dry and crisp with lingering bitterness that invites another sip.
Brewed with Raven malt from the Czech Republic and Saaz hops (pellet and whole leaf), using a labor-intensive triple decoction process. The goal is a malty yet hop-forward Czech pale lager with lemony and herbal hop character balanced by a touch of malt sweetness.
