Beer Description
A love letter to everything that is more than the sum of its parts. Our first collaboration with our good pals Burial brewed here at Parish, inspired by their renowned IPAs that are dripping in Mosaic hops. And we went all in.
A DIPA built on a wheat-heavy grist for a full, commanding body and loaded with all of the best variations of Mosaic hops: Mosaic T90, Mosaic Incognito, and Mosaic Lupomax. Together, they became the most pure, hop-forward, and saturated Mosaic DIPA we’ve ever crafted.
When we spend time out in the world with kindred spirits like Doug and the team at Burial, we learn not only about what makes them tick but also understand the reflections of ourselves and the origins from which we both similarly emerged.
