Beer Description
Baylee accidentally froze 25 lbs of tomatoes—so we turned them into beer. We puréed them, infused in secondary with celery salt, Worcestershire, horseradish & chili powder, then added a Zing Zang splash at kegging. Coriander in the boil + BE-134 yeast bring the spice.
Savory tomato meets spicy Saison: tangy, peppery, brunch in a glass. Bold and different.
Serve ice-cold with TajÃn rim (just ask).
Here’s to happy kitchen mistakes! (Named after our 19-year-old legend who can’t legally toast it… yet.)
