Beer Description
Recursive, which means “to draw upon itself,” is our annual reserve version of our renowned sour brown ale, La Folie. This year, we made a beautiful, dark, Foeder-aged sour ale fermented on blackberry and plum for notes of dark fruit preserves, burnt sugar, and mulling spices. We then bottle on nitro for a smooth, cascading finish and a pillowy foam. It’s an elevated take on a classic that deserves to be savored.
