Beer Description
This Italian Pilsner is brewed with small-lot Italian grown barley, and hopped with fresh German Mittelfrüh hops. Fermented ice cold with our house yeast for a clean profile, and dry hopped with Czech Kazbek for a floral, citrus-y aroma. The bocce court was cut from wafers. The sand was switched for green tea leaves. We threw lemons toward the pallino. And the marigolds kept guard through the night.
