Extra Pepperoni is our hop-forward Italian Pilsner built on a clean, crackery pils malt base and finished with a confident snap of bitterness. We layer classic Hallertau Mittelfrüh with vibrant Saphir hops for a modern twist on tradition.
Hallertau Mittelfrüh brings refined herbal spice and delicate floral notes, while Saphir adds bright citrus peel, subtle stone fruit, and a whisper of lemongrass.
