Beer Description
The dark beer is the sibling to Newton’s Third tripel. The Dark Strong Ale is effervescent and finishes dry, but layers flavors of dark fruit (plum, raisin, fig) on top of caramel and toffee that shifts and changes as you sip and as it warms. It is complex but not overly bold or sweet. It’s subtle in it’s layers, which is what makes it truly enjoyable. Primeval Atom was the original name for the Big Bang theory.
