Beer Description
his beer was brewed for Hot Dog Weekend!
We designed this beer to be a drinkable West Coast IPA that leans a bit more dank/old school, but also highlights modern zesty, dank, and tropical hops. We used a touch of caramel malt and roasted malt in the grain bill for some sweetness and color, and chose two lots of Columbus CRYO (one the standard blend, the other a single lot from Loza Farms), Simcoe CRYO, Nelson, and Mosaic for intense hop expression.
