Beer Description
Joe Henry and his sons have been raising heirloom red corn & distilling complex bourbons in Wisconsin for over 50 years. For this collaboration we recreated that process while borrowing from our rich tradition of crafting Barleywine by using J. Henry and sons red heirloom corn to create an incredibly complex “Harvest Wine” aged for a year in freshly emptied J. Henry bourbon barrels, with notes of toffee, vanilla, dried fruit, & almonds.
