Beer Description
Light in body, dark golden in color. We added sour cherries to the fermentation on our Belgian Triple, adding complexity to the base beer. Hints of fruity esters from the yeast compliment the aroma of the cherries and lend a balance to the flavors. Finishes with a hint of honey sweetness from the malt with lingering cherry notes. Warming overall.
