Mtn Icicle Cold IPA – 6% ABV | 68 IBU
Inspired by the shimmering icicles that drape mountain walls in winter, this unconventional Cold IPA fuses a crisp, lager-like ferment with bold West Coast hop intensity. Featuring flaked oats for a silky body and gentle haze, it offers a unique, softly textured twist on the style.
Packed with Chinook, Centennial, and Citra hops across boil, hop stand, and dry hop, it pours a glowing, lightly hazy pale gold with a frothy white head. Bright aromas and flavors of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and tropical citrus shine through, balanced by refreshing bitterness.
