With a base canvas of Simcoe and Motueka, we hearken back to a more classic interpretation of the style. Still with an opaque, obsidian black pour but a firmly bitter, roasty backing, nursed with the embers of citrus, pine, and coffee gracefully floating above the flames of baker’s chocolate and mocha.
