Beer Description
We topped this beer off with the most ripe Citra and Mosaic hops from our hop freezer for added pizzazz. Floral honey, red berry and smooth tropical notes beg for a second helping.
Our Thanksgiving inspired DIPA built from a base of pale malts and a small dash of honey malt for flair. We then conditioned this beer on raw clover honey from Merrimack Valley Apiaries in Billerica, MA and just the right amount of cranberry to tie everything together. We topped this beer off with the most ripe Citra and Mosaic hops from our hop freezer for added pizzazz.
