“La Pazienza È la Virtù dei Forti” means that “patience is the virtue of the strong.” When it comes to Monday Night Brewing’s Pilsner Italiano, patience – via a 6-week lagering process – offers another reward… deliciousness.
Pilsner Italiano is the fourth release from our 2025 Lager Series, and it all starts with Eraclea Pilsner, a barley grown off the Adriatic Coast in Northern Italy, delivering light honey and malt notes to the foundation. Hallertau Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops are added in the boil, followed by dry hop of Saphir.
Aromas of citrus and tangerine peel stand out, with ight notes of cedar and spice emerges to yield a smooth, clear, pale 4.41% ABV slice of la dolce vita.
