Nick endearingly named this IPA after his wife due to the temperamental nature of this particular brew, often giving him vigorous fermentation, several blowouts (this is a true brewer terminology) followed by a slow and subtle finish giving him his favorite recipe.
This dangerously easy drinker has a candy like aroma and a smoothy fruity body balanced with a touch of hop bitterness.
