Beer Description
Off Color’s first NA offering. Peruvian purple corn added to the mash creates a stunning scarlet color with pink hued foam and rich cereal aromatics. The wort (which starts purple) lightens significantly during a lactic acid fermentation creating notes of citrus bitters and bright acid berry character without producing ethanol. An addition of South American pink peppercorns further contribute to the brew’s ripe raspberry and pepper tea qualities.
