Beer Description
The next chapter in our collaboration with Sworn Brewing, we push every boundary just to see what ends up in the glass. This DIPA begins with a goopy mash stuffed with absurd amounts of oats and wheat, plus a heavy load of mash hops for good measure. From there, things get truly insane: a whirlpool saturated with Citra Incognito and Citra Cryo, followed by a dry hop featuring buckets of Simcoe, Peacharine, and Nectaron—plus Peacharine Hop Kief and some pungent Nectaron terpenes for that final, over-the-top punch. All we can say is… Oooooooeeeeee.
