Our beloved DDH IPA fermented with a thiol booster yeast – Vermont Tropics – from Berkeley Yeast. Hopped with Deep Cut Cascade for a punchier citrus aroma more hop oils.
Tropical guava and passionfruit accompany the existing grapefruit and piney aromas and flavor on a clean west coast malt profile.
