We dial back the tartness on this beer, and keep the salinity subtle, to create an extremely refreshing gose-style beer.
STORY:
Sour beer doesn’t have to be harsh. It can actually be balanced, light and incredibly refreshing. The kind of beer you just keep going back to on a hot day. Uh, hello??
STYLE ORIGINS:
The salt component of the gose style is a historical nod to the style’s origins in Goslar, Germany where the salty water from the Gose river was used to brew the beer. The salinity plus the tartness of the beer are a perfect combination.
INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT
This version of our Speed Dial refreshing sour is made with pink guava for a lovely tropical flavor and aroma.
